Keith McLeod -  Finance Director and Interim CEO

Keith started his career at Price Waterhouse and was previously Executive Director, Head of Fund Services and Logistics Reporting at UBS Global Asset Management. He has held senior positions at Schroders plc, Credit Suisse First Boston, Morgan Stanley and HSBC. He holds a B.Sc (Economics) from the London School of Economics, UK.

M.A. Mohaimin Chowdhury - Head of Legal, Sharia’a and Company Secretary

Mohaimin is a qualified solicitor and and joined EIIB in June 2005 from Dubai Islamic Bank where he was Legal Advisor. Prior to that, he was Legal Advisor in the Legal and Sharia’a Compliance Department of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank from October 2000 to July 2004. Mohaimin started his legal career in private practice in London where he worked for 4 years after qualification.

Danie Marx - Managing Director, Treasury & Capital Markets

Prior to joining EIIB Danie was Treasurer and Head of Capital Markets at Absa Bank Limited’s London branch. Until 2000 Danie was tasked with structured solutioning at Absa’s Head Office in Johannesburg, . Before that, Danie was at Standard Bank of South Africa.

Robin Henshall – Head of Private Equity and Corporate Advisory

Robin has had over 23 years investment banking and private equity experience, since graduation from London Business School in 1986.  He joined EIIB in April 2008 from an equity and hedge fund and investment banking boutique, where he was a partner.  Prior to that, Robin ran pan-European sector groups in the energy and transport sectors at a number of “bulge bracket” investment banks, including Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Societe Generale and UBS Warburg.

Chris Engel – Head of Risk Management

After qualifying as a chartered accountant at Ernst & Young, Chris spent 5 years in commerce before starting a career in banking.  He spent 24 years with the Absa Group and thereafter with Barclays, initially in various business development roles before concentrating on credit and risk.
